1. The closing date for entries is the 31^st May 2003

2. All entries should be clearly marked on the reverse side of the photograph

With name and address. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE REVERSE

OF THE PHOTOGRAPH as this will damage the surface of the print. Please

use a sticky label or sellotape and paper.

3. All entries should be in a large envelope accompanied by this entry form giving contact details. Maximum size of photographs is 10” x 8” and minimum is 6” x 4”.

4. All envelopes should be handed to The Danesbury Shop in Welwyn for

collection by the committee.

5. Photographs will be returned if accompanied by a stamped addressed

envelope otherwise they will be disposed of at the end of July.

6. All submissions must be in a printed form. No submissions on disk can be accepted.

7. The decision of the judges is final
