of the book “St. Mary’s School - A Short History” for a minimum donation* of £2.50 (inc. p&p), until supplies are exhausted. The book has been written by two retired governors and covers the 250+ years since the school was opened, including a number of photographs. A painting of the Victorian school building, by local artist Kate Rook, is depicted on the book’s cover.
*£2.50 will cover the production and UK postage costs of the book. However, the PTFA is a charity that supports the village school therefore
any additional donation will be much appreciated. Cheques should be made payable to “Welwyn St Marys PTFA”
